1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the VOIPONE website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

VOIPONE provides cloud-based voice infrastructure, contact-center tooling, connectivity services, and related software. Specific commercial terms — pricing, SLAs, commitments — are set out in your order form and/or master services agreement.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the service.
• Comply with all applicable telecom regulations, including TCPA and DNC.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The VOIPONE service, marks, and all related content are our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it for purposes of delivering the service.

5. Warranties and liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. Commercial warranties and limitations of liability are governed exclusively by your signed agreement with us.

6. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
